Michael Röhe (b. 1951) started his shipping career in Hamburg with an apprenticeship at Phs. Van Ommeren. After his first steps as a shipbroker at C.F. Ahrenkiel GmbH in Hamburg he joined Teh Tung Chartering in Tokyo where he worked for three years before joining the Drycargo Department of Frachtcontor/Poseidon in 1978. He was appointed Director in 1985, became Partner of Frachtcontor in 2007 and took over as Chief Executive Officer of the company in February 2012. 

Jens Christian Nielsen (b. 1962) started his shipping career in Denmark in 1980. He thereafter worked in various positions in the USA and Germany. Before joining Frachtcontor/Poseidon in 2002, he held a position as Managing Director of Skaarup Schiffahrt Hamburg. Jens Christian Nielsen became Partner of Frachtcontor in 2007 and is holding the position as Managing Director since 2012. 

Dr. Martin Roettig (b. 1953) is a qualified lawyer. Before he came to Frachtcontor/Poseidon in 1996 as Financial Managing Director, he was head of the tax department at Stinnes AG, the former parent company of Frachtcontor and Poseidon, where he performed various internal management functions from 1982. Dr. Martin Roettig is also Partner since 2007.
