Reliability and transparency in all procedures – this basic principle is our guide line. Consequently, more than 20 years ago, our business processes were evaluated by DNV (Det Norske Veritas) and in 1996 we became certified according to standard ISO 9002 (1994) -Quality-management-. Since then the requirements for quality management has been under a continuous review and update and we are currently certified under the latest ISO 9001: 2015 (QM) standard.
Another important criteria, when performing our services, is the health, occupational safety and security of our employees, particularly in relation to our vessel boarding services. A new ISO norm covering this aspect has been introduced, ISO 45001: 2018 (HSS) and in 2020 we were certified by DNV-GL, now DNV, accordingly.
This is a statement towards our customers and employees that the quality of our services and well being of our employees has the highest priority.
