By doing so we are living up to our social duty and ensure the long-term future of our company.

We apply high standards when choosing young applicants who will pass an apprenticeship lasting between 2 and 3 years, comprising of practical training in the company as well as attendance of a state shipping school. The final goal is to graduate as “Schifffahrtskaufmann/-frau Tramp Schifffahrt” at the Chamber of Commerce.
