GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions set out the general rules for any type of business relationship between Frachtcontor Junge & Co. GmbH, Frachtcontor Tanker Brokers GmbH & Co. Kg, Frachtcontor Shipbrokers DMCC, Frachtcontor Junge B.V. of Rotterdam, (“the Ship Broker”) and the clients of these companies. The rules apply to all services the Ship Broker provides, whether they are one-time or ongoing and specifically cover the Ship Broker’s roles as a liner agent, port or canal agent, and sale & purchase broker or chartering broker.
